Lake Powell Gateway RV Resort is currently under construction. Our RV sites are completed and ready for use with full hook-ups including sewer, power and water, a picnic table, shade canopy and BBQ pit/smoker, however there are other site amenities that are not available at the moment. Our current rates reflect this and as amenities are completed our rates will increase accordingly. Future amenities will included an Office Building with a C-store and a game room which is currently under construction and expected to be completed the end of August. The Wi-Fi is linked to this building's completion so it is not available at the moment but we fully plan to have it functional by July 4th weekend 2024. A swimming pool & spa are currently under construction also along with the public restroom/shower facility. These amenities are expected to be completed sometime in September. We will also have, when completed, a dog run, horse shoe pits, band stand for live music, a playground and an 18 miniature golf coarse. The miniature golf course is slated for 2025. Extensive landscaping with trees, plants and grass is scheduled to begin in June 2023.
