Cancellation/Modification Policy: During peak season, (May-October) Fourteen (14) days advance notice of cancellation is required for a hotel guest room deposit refund. Cancellations received less than fourteen days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded. During non peak season, (November-April) three (03) days advance notice of cancellation is required for a hotel guest room deposit. Cancellations received less than three days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.
Last minute cancellations due to emergency, may be granted at management discretion. No modifications or cancellations will be eligible for refund during HITS weeks
Tavern is closed Mondays & Tuesday.
Advance deposit, in the amount of the first nights stay, including tax is required upon booking. Full payment for entire length of stay will be taken one day prior to arrival date.*
