To reserve a room with us, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).   • Fifty Percent (50%) deposit due at time of booking to guarantee/confirm reservation. 1 night stays are non- refundable and must be paid in full. Deposits are not transferable to another guest or to another time period. Personal checks are accepted for deposit so long as they are received at least 21 days prior to arrival and will not be accepted after August 1 of each calendar year. We will attempt to honor requests for specific room numbers and/or locations, but such requests are not guaranteed. This property is not required by state law to have a lifeguard on duty at our swimming pool. Use of all hotel facilities is at the risk of user. Persons under the age of 16 swimming in our swimming pool must be accompanied by an adult. PARKING - 1 CAR PER UNIT. Balance due upon arrival via Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Photo identification and valid credit card are required for check-in. Misrepresentation in any form voids your reservation and forfeits any and all deposited amounts. NJ State Law prohibits smoking of any type in any guest room or interior of motel. Smoking is also prohibited in all exterior areas of the property. The Roman Holiday is private property. Unregistered guests and/or visitors are not permitted!!! Unregistered guests/visitors will be considered trespassers and will be required to leave the property immediately. You will also be evicted from the property with no refund!!!
  • From the time of booking up until 22 days prior to arrival date a 50% cancellation fee will apply for all cancelled reservations for any reason. Cancellations made 21 days or less to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the full advanced deposit. One night stays are non-refundable regardless of when they are cancelled. No adjustments will be made for late arrivals, unused days, no shows, early departures or for weather related cancellations and or adjustments. All cancellation fees are sales and occupancy tax exempt. The Roman Holiday is private property. Unregistered guests and/or visitors are not permitted!!! Unregistered guests/visitors will be considered trespassers and will be required to leave the property immediately. You will also be evicted from the property with no refund!!!
  • One assigned parking space allocated per unit. Additional and oversized vehicles must use street parking. Rates quoted are for a maximum of (4) adults and (2) children per one bedroom suite This is the maximum allowable occupancy by law. Rates are subject to change unless secured by an advance deposit.
