Please note that booking online does not take into account any guest discount for repeat guest sailors - these need to be applied manually by our reservation clerks. Please call us at 250-836-2505 or email to boating@sicamoushouseboats.com after your reservation is made.
We will accept e-transfers for the booking deposit, but you will still be required to enter a valid credit/debit card when completing the online booking form. Please indicate in the “Request/Remark” section of the form that you wish to pay the deposit via e-transfer, and we will contact you and advise where to send the transfer.
There are two, one-time fees in addition to the houseboat pricing listed on the website, each fee is $94.50 after tax. The first is our environmental fee which includes the septic pump out of your boat. The second is a marine park pass fee which allows you to beach your boat each night. You will see these fees are required below under the "Reservation Options" section.
A booking confirmation will be emailed to you shortly after your online booking process is complete.
