IMPORTANT NOTICE: TONQUIN INN & MALIGNE LODGE CLOSURE Dear Valued Guests and Friends, We regret to inform you that due to the recent wildfires affecting Jasper National Park: Tonquin Inn is temporarily closed until it is assessed for damages. Maligne Lodge, including our beloved WickedCup restaurant, was lost. We are committed to rebuilding and creating an even better experience for our future guests. Regarding Reservations: Our team, with our partners, are cancelling and refunding guests with existing bookings. If you booked through a 3rd party, we can only request refunds for prepaid bookings upon the check out date of the reservation. You must reach out to the agency you booked through for further assistance. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. All Maligne reservations are cancelled. All Tonquin reservations until September 3rd are cancelled. Please note this date is subject to change based on Jasper National Park’s reopening date. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the brave firefighters and first responders who tirelessly fought to protect our community. The safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and the Jasper community remain our utmost priority.
