At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is charged and applied toward the total cost of the reservation. Cancellations made up to 6 hours after booking is made will be fully reimbursed less a $50 administration fee . In the event of a cancellation occurring 15 or more days prior to the arrival date, a reimbursement of the deposit will apply—less The cost of 1st night cancellation fee for each suite booked. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit and full booking is charged.In the case of a no-show or a late-notice cancellation of one or fewer days prior to the arrival date, full payment for the booking is charged. We encourage all Guest to take out Cancellation Insurance . Covid 19 Cancelation policy as of June 11 2020 until further notice If a cancellation occurs due to Covid 19 restrictions set by BC provincial law or Tofino municipal decree before your arrival, we will be converting deposits for bookings into gift cards ,that are good for 2 years in order that you may be able to rebook your vacation at your leisure ,for another time in the future when operations resume as normal.
