During the winter holiday season (reservations for December 1 through January 5), we charge a non-refundable fee equaling 50% of the stay at the time of booking. The balance during this season is due on December 1; the booking fee and balance are non-refundable after that date.

For the group package and during the rest of the year, a booking fee equaling one-night rental rate plus tax is required. The balance is required the evening before arrival.
