Please review our terms and policies below. Our policies: The Arts Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property will result in a charge of $200 to your account. Credit cards will be authorized on the day of arrival for the amount of your stay, plus a $200 damage deposit. The authorization will hold the funds until check-in, when the amount of your stay will be charged, and the damage deposit will stay on hold until check-out time. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. You agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of any charges incurred by all persons occupying the guest room and shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or contents. The use of all facilities is at the risk of the user(s) and the Arts Hotel will not be held liable for any damage and/or personal injury while on the property. Check-in starts at 4pm and continues until 2am. Let us know if you need an early or late check-in. Check out is at 11am. Exceeding this time may result in a late check-out fee. Terms: The Arts Hotel does NOT provide parking. The Arts Hotel does NOT have a TV, refrigerator, coffee machine or telephone inside the rooms. The Arts Hotel offers Housekeeping Services by request only. Trailside Music Hall and The Salvador Dali Cafe have live music nearly every night, which can go on until 2 a.m. The music will affect our rooms located on the second floor. The Arts Hotel is not suited for families. We are pet-friendly. Policies apply. The arcade, located beside our property, has been offering late-night music every Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m. since October 2023. Unfortunately, this affects our cozy rooms on the second floor. Cancellation policy: Cancel for free up to 24 hours before the day of your reservation. A night stay will be charged for late cancellation or No Show. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
