At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is charged and applied toward the total cost of the reservation. Debit cards cannot be used for deposit .
Room cancellations made within 6 hours of making a booking, will be refunded the deposit less $75+ tax per room . In the event of a cancellation occurring 15 or more days prior to the arrival date, a reimbursement of the deposit will apply—less The cost of 1st night .Cancellation fee is for each suite booked. One night bookings require full payment before arrival. We encourage all Guest to take out Trip Cancellation Insurance . No portion of the deposit will be refunded for any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date.
