• Gift certificates require a recipient (can be you or someone else).
• The recipient can apply the gift certificate to a room reservation either online or by calling the property.
• Gift certificates do not expire.
• To redeem a gift certificate online, the guest must follow the below steps or contact us directly. -Click on the link in your confirmation to cancel/modify a reservation. -In the form that opens, enter the confirmation number and either the recipient's email address or the purchaser's email address, then click to confirm, modify or cancel reservation button. -On the modify/cancel reservation page that opens, click to modify reservation button. -This will open the WebRezPro booking engine availability search form. Enter the check-in and check-out dates and number of guests, then click the button to search for availability/rates. -Select the room and rate you want to book, then complete the booking form that opens. Guest contact information from the gift certificate will automatically populate the reservation. The value of the gift certificate will automatically be applied as a payment toward the cost of the booking. It will appear as ‘amount received’ in the Reservation Cost section of the form. -Click the Make reservation button to convert the gift certificate to a valid reservation.
